Healing Sistah Circles

The womb and the heart are made of the same type of muscle. Does this mean that we have more emotional intelligence than men? How should we attempt to bring ourselves into balance? How important is it for women to spend time with women? What should be our topic of discussion when we do meet?
In most indigenous traditions our monthly cycle connects us to each other and the moon. The feminine journey is always one which is associated with the womb. I guess it would then make sense for us to talk about the womb in our circles…

I’m on the pad thai sauce out of the vegan, gluten free @mekhalaliving sauces - and it’s so. good. 🙌 Quinoa ramen noodles tossed in a sweet and sour pad thai dressing using @mekhalaliving’s vegan, gluten free pad thai sauce 🍜 with carrot, edamame, pumpkin, baby corn and curry-kimchi baked tofu patties 🙌 The tofu patties turned out surprisingly well and crispy, will try them out again and get a recipe to share! !
